For Rihanna’s Fenty Fragrance launch at Harvey Nichols, I led the creative for the immersive in-store activation. The centrepiece was an oversized XL Fenty fragrance bottle, housing a garden of key scent ingredients including tangerine and rose that shoppers could walk through, immersing themselves in the scent. The “Scented Garden” concept extended throughout the space with a floral arch, window displays, scented pathway, and a designed tablescape featuring branded elements that carried the experience through to the customer touchpoints. Working from ideation and pitch development through to site visits, I shaped the customer journey, developed mock-ups, refined designs around production timelines and feedback, and oversaw the on-site installation to ensure every detail aligned with the brand vision, creating a seamless immersive experience.
