To celebrate the launch of The Honey Room, I designed an immersive pop-up hair salon experience, transforming a London bus into a fully branded mobile salon. Guests could step on board for hair consultations, explore The Honey Room’s products, have personalised hairbrushes engraved, and experience a series of interactive moments including a photo booth, custom honey cocktails and honey iced coffees. The bus was fully wrapped in The Honey Room’s visual identity, with campaign visuals playing across internal screens to create a cohesive brand world.
Outside, I designed a Honey Room diner-inspired pancake stand serving honey pancakes in custom-designed takeaway lunchboxes, alongside a branded claw machine filled with prizes including badges, magnets, bonnets and The Honey Room products. A curated playlist that aligned to the brand ran throughout the activation, which was hosted in a high-footfall area of Shoreditch, inviting both influencers and passers-by to discover the brand and create content. I led the creative direction and design across the full experience, from the bus wrap and environmental graphics, tone of voice, through to custom touchpoints and packaging, overseeing production, set-up and art direction on the day to ensure every element aligned with the brand.
